Business Development Executive



MEDILIFE POLYCLINIC LLC

is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our patient flow and drive patient referrals. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in healthcare business development, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



Outreach & Promotion:

Increase the patient flow, Organize and conduct presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to showcase the clinic's strengths and specialized services. Conduct health camps and community outreach initiatives.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Analyze local and regional healthcare market trends to identify potential collaboration opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and identify market gaps to expand the clinic's reach.

Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships:

Establish partnerships with medical professionals and organizations that complement the clinic's services. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align business development strategies with overall clinic objectives.

Relationship Management & Referral Development:

Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers. Provide updates on clinic services, new offerings, and relevant changes. Ensure referring doctors have necessary tools and materials (brochures, referral forms) to facilitate patient referrals.

Networking & Industry Engagement:

Attend relevant medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships with healthcare professionals. Represent the clinic at industry events to raise awareness and foster new business connections.

Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain accurate records of interactions with referring and potential doctors, tracking outcomes and follow-up actions. Prepare regular reports on outreach progress, referral numbers, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and existing medical networks is an advantage. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets. Valid driving license and car (preferred).

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
