Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Report on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
