We are now seeking motivated and skilled Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

We are looking to hire 4 Business Development Executives with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in any field. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Experience in the translation or related services will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for expansion.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in any field.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
