Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales professional to drive growth and build strong client relationships within services like Blasting, Painting, and Fabrication. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting the industrial, oil & gas, and marine sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a robust sales pipeline, negotiating profitable contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet industry standards and safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets within Blasting, Painting & Fabrication services. Identify and engage potential clients in the industrial, oil & gas, and marine sectors, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty. Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and offer innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with the operations and HSE teams to ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including conducting site assessments and implementing appropriate safety measures. Actively explore and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue streams. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management, including market insights and progress on key metrics. Effectively manage the sales budget, optimizing cost control while maximizing revenue generation. Address client concerns related to safety, operational challenges, and project requirements, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Blasting, Painting, Fabrication, or related industries. Comprehensive knowledge of Blasting, Painting & Fabrication products, systems, and industry standards. Familiarity with the oil & gas and/or marine industries. Proven expertise in sales strategy development, negotiation, and client relationship management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and sales forecasting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Sales in Blasting , Painting & Fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
