Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients who require our bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct prospecting and outreach to establish new client relationships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales strategies. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, highlighting the value of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market opportunities and challenges.
Targets and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the service delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in bookkeeping, auditing, or tax services.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
