Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Executive with specialized expertise in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to secure partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and related businesses.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging markets, and potential business opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine business strategies.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
• Prepare and present regular business development reports, including sales performance and pipeline progress.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and actionable insights to management.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry, including current trends and challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing network of industry contacts in the travel and hospitality space.
• Experience working in international markets or with global clients.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
