Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Business Growth:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across staffing and EOR services, focusing on private establishments.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard new clients and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities in staffing and EOR sectors.
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting Terracotta's expertise in staffing and EOR solutions.
Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as the primary point of contact for both staffing and EOR services.
• Understand client staffing and compliance needs, providing customized solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Address client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and long-term partnerships.
Market Expansion and Strategy:
• Explore opportunities to penetrate new markets and expand Terracotta's footprint across staffing and EOR services.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the staffing and EOR sectors.
• Review client documentation such as RFPs, scope of work, and tender documents to provide strategic insights and support bid teams.
Sales and Revenue Management:
• Achieve sales targets by maintaining a robust pipeline of staffing and EOR opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in alignment with business objectives
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management and forecast revenue projections.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor business performance, analyze market intelligence, and generate actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports to the Management, including sales forecasts and operational updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 6+ years of proven success in business development, account management, staffing, and EOR services in the UAE..
• Master's in business management or equivalent degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, EOR services, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships and oversee multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in negotiating terms, preparing financial summaries, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
