Job Purpose:
To drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful acquisition of contracts within the cleaning services, recruitment, manpower labor supply, and facility management industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business objectives.
Schedule meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored service offerings.
• CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• SALES & PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT:
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with the client's requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY:
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company's market share.
• COLLABORATION & REPORTING:
Work closely with operations, recruitment, and other internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing , preferably in the any cleaning services , recruitment or facility management sectors .
• Strong understanding of UAE's market and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
