Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outreach, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and presenting relevant IT solutions.
• Product and Service Promotion: Communicate the value and benefits of our IT solutions, including software, cloud services, infrastructure, and managed IT services.
• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and outline our offerings.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and work closely with clients to close sales, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales tactics and strategies.
• Reporting and Metrics: Track sales activities, progress, and outcomes, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business development and sales experience in the IT sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a competitive, results-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with IT solutions, such as Web, eCommerce and Mobile Development, Digital Marketing and Email& Cloud Hosting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a timely manner.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills such as ability to understand complex client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Self-motivated, Goal-oriented and the ablility to demonstrates resilience, a proactive attitude, and the drive to achieve business objectives.
