Arab-speaking Business Development Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and meet client needs.
• Develop and promote partnerships with healthcare institutions to enhance service offerings.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Proven track record in business development (experience in a medical laboratory setting is preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated passion for business growth and success.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (Healthcare experience will be an added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• business development executive: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
