Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.

- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and alignment with our services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

4. Sales and Negotiation:

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.

5. Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand our service offerings and reach new markets.

- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance our services and customer experience.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting services and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
