Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the photocopier rental and service industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our product and service offerings.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our photocopier rental, service, and toner solutions.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients. Close deals and ensure seamless onboarding and handover to the operations team.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the photocopier, printing, or office equipment industry.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license
