We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events and a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the event management industry in the UAE. Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the UAE market
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Create and present proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the event management industry in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
