Job Code: 120/001/463 Industry: HVACJob Brief: An organized and goal-oriented Business Development Prescription Engineer is responsible for the development of relations with customers in the region. This includes setting strategies, selling to, and educating customers about the product portfolio, facilities, and services.Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting the product portfolio with Consultants, Developers, and End Users.
Maximize market exploitation for the product portfolio.
Build and develop relationships with Consultants, Developers, and End Users.
Actively drive projects with stakeholders across the entire sales process.
Develop the projects pipeline for the business and channel partners, ensuring the best and most optimized solutions and selections.
Communicate specification details, project details, and successful contractor information to the sales force (CRM) for follow-up.
Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities, communicating such information to sales management and product managers.
Work closely in providing technical expertise on customer application requirements and specifying technology solution offerings.
Promote visibility to local consulting networks.
Educate customers on the technical features and business benefits of proposed solutions.
Specify the implementation of products and solutions.
Increase market awareness of both the company and products (e.g., through technical product presentations, seminars for customers, promotions, and advertising).
Facilitate the approval process of products, providing all vital approval documentation (e.g., Type Test info, reference projects, new application examples, etc.).
Provide technical engineering support for Consultants, distributors, and End Clients across the UAE.
Job Requirements:
2 - 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within UAE
Has contacts with consultants, contractors and developers
Experience in sales of Sanitary, Plumping, HVAC, Pumps, etc.
Education: Degree in Engineering
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Experience conducting trainings and presentations.
Outstanding people skills, strong sales personality, with excellent communication skills, and a phenomenal teammate.
Knowledge of competitor products.
Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Experience with Main Consultants in the Region.
