Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Engineer to drive growth, increase market penetration, and enhance brand recognition in the UAE's civil contracting sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, extensive knowledge of the Dubai markets, and expertise in design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AGNICE's projects and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Oversee the design and build process, ensuring that projects meet client specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage and update the company's website, highlighting new projects and milestones.
• Enhance the company's online presence and reputation through effective social media management.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and credibility.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
• Collaborate with the business development team to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the industrial construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Proven track record in managing design and build projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in online marketing and PR strategies.
• Experience in managing websites and social media platforms.
