Job Description

• registration of the company in all governmental agencies & real estate agencies such as Command of Military Work (CMW), (Presidential Guard Command), (CICPA), Traffic Management Center (TMC), (DOT), (ADNOC), (Musanada), (Ministry of Finance ABU DHABI) & (SEHA) etc.. To participate in tenders.

• Registration with different government authorities.

•Follow up with tender announcements, how to participate, and the conditions for processing at all stages of the contract.

• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.

• Introducing the company to international companies operating in the UAE and raising its profile within the local ministries.

• Prepare and follow-up Bid / Tenders, proposals, and RFQs - Technical & Commercial.

• Direct corporate marketing, advertising, promotional and strategic planning.

• Analyzed and interpreted complex terms and conditions of bidders, suggested their impact and associated risks to the Company.

• Represented Clients at pre-tender meetings for tender clarifications, negotiations & SOW optimization with potential bidders (sub-contractors) for EPC projects.

• Coordinate, compile and prepare Tender documents as per end-user request and handle necessary formalities, preparations and approvals based on the company procedure related to tender invitation.

• Finalizing of company license and liaising with ADNOC and government entities for completion of company registration.

• Create and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers among potential clients in the Oil & Gas industry as well as EPC contractors and consultants in the UAE market.

• Discovering new opportunities in the market and securing projects. Developing and leading negotiations with clients covering all aspects of contract execution. Providing intel information to secure new projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• business development manager: 5 years (Preferred)
