Position: Business Development Engineer
Location: Abudhabi, UAE
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will Possess in-depth product knowledge of Panels and Panel Solutions and have a proven track record in business development within UAE & & Middle East the electrical panel and control systems industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives within the UAE & & Middle East market, focusing on Panel selling and Panel Solutions
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries such as infrastructure, oil & gas, Food, Pharma, Nuclear, Chemical, Mines and commercial sectors.
• Responsible for companies' sales Targets and Develop and Manage a team of sales engineers for the potential growth.
• Identity and develop the business opportunities in UAE and middle East Region
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and support the customers to win the orders
• Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, providing consultative expertise modular panel solutions.
• Identification of potential end users in UAE and Middle East markets, Initiation of product approvals, owning of approvals till completion.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to learn new panel products and its application.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to modular panels and electrical distribution systems.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to meet customer needs and demonstrate the value of products.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5-6 years of proven UAE & Middle East market experience in business development within the electrical panel and control systems industry, with specific knowledge on panel building.
• Experience in working with OEM panel manufacturer
• Strong network of contacts and relationships with key players in UAE Panel builders & relevant industries.
• Expertise in modular panel solutions, electrical distribution systems, and control panel applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within UAE, Middle east and occasionally internationally as required.
• Must Have UAE driving license & Car
