Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and other partners. * Work closely with the product team to enhance existing tour packages or develop new, unique offerings. Ensure that your company\'s services meet or exceed customer expectations. Set and achieve sales targets. Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Identify and establish partnerships with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other relevant entities. Collaborate with local businesses and tourism boards to create mutually beneficial relationships. Utilize digital marketing channels to promote travel packages and services. Leverage social media, content marketing, and online advertising to reach a broader audience. Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience to encourage repeat business and positive reviews. Gather customer feedback and use it to improve services. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the best ROI. Stay informed about travel industry regulations and ensure that the company complies with all legal requirements. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network. Stay informed about global events, travel trends, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
