Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (1 year) in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong network of contacts and relationships within the real estate community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
