Your Role
As a Business Development Consultant at Coralytics, you'll focus on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You'll leverage your prospecting skills to connect with real estate agencies across the UAE, positioning Coralytics as the essential partner for data-driven success. This role is for a high-energy individual who excels in consultative selling and is motivated by the challenge of securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect & Qualify Leads: Actively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through direct methods (cold calls, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, social selling).
• Engage & Consult: Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's unique challenges, presenting Coralytics' AI-driven insights as solutions that address their needs.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from initial contact to final agreement, maintaining a strong focus on closing deals and meeting monthly targets.
• Deliver Impactful Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate Coralytics' value in optimizing real estate strategies through AI.
• Negotiate & Close: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, securing agreements that foster long-term client partnerships.
• Stay Market-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with trends in real estate and AI, enhancing your ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align lead-generation campaigns and ensure client needs are met effectively.
