Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in executing our growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating and managing relationships with potential clients, and effectively promoting our services. This role demands strategic insight, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand our client base.
• Schedule appointments and organize meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Meet monthly lead conversion targets as established by management.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in business development within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Preference for male candidates.
