East, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join


their team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and has a


strong entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with strategic thinking and bold ideas.

Key Responsibilities:


Drive sales efforts with a primary focus on promoting and selling courses for our


client's training academy.


Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain clients.


Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential


clients.


Act as a growth catalyst, playing a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and


expanding the firm's market presence.


Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to ensure alignment and


optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:


Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in business development.


Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate bold


ideas.


Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
