We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate/Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively promote and market our products/services to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field/industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
- Previous experience in an audit firm for at least 1 years is preferred.
- Visa sponsorship, insurance coverage, and commission on sales are provided.
- This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range.
- 50% (Preferred)
