We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join a recruitment company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the recruitment industry and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold-calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conducting in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborating with recruitment consultants to identify suitable candidates for client vacancies.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
