Business Development Associate
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably in construction, design, or BIM services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients to expand business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and designers.
• Promote BIM solutions tailored to Architectural, Structural& MEPF projects.
• Analyse market trends and propose strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in AEC or BIM sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of BIM technology and its applications (preferred).
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license (added advantage).
