The Business Development team is looking for an Associate who will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across varying sectors. Join us in this exciting opportunity where you can make a significant contribution to our business model.

What You'll Do:
• Identify prospect clients and communicate Guidepoint's value proposition via email and telephone
• Partner with senior team members in Business Development to increase user base at client firms by employing a thoughtful and strategic outreach approach
• Map companies in order to identify target groups and job functions
• Utilize Guidepoint's brand to create and develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to help drive Guidepoint's commercial success
• Build relationships and schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients and senior managers in BD/Client Growth.
• Conduct warm/ cold calls, and email outreaches to meet new client activation, and meeting targets
• Work alongside senior BD professionals to provide engaging content for meetings and outreaches to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Develop a working knowledge of the market to help communicate Guidepoint's value add to clients
• Work closely with the Client Service team to collect feedback on open client projects
• Onboard new client users of the service and educate them on the different services Guidepoint has to offer
• Research target industries, sub-sectors and companies in order to understand their information/research needs and pain-points
• Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Provide client/prospect feedback to sales and management
What You Have:
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting and/or expert network industry (preferably in the MENAT region)
• Outgoing personality with the ability willingness and persistence to make cold calls and speak with people at all professional levels, including senior management
• Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
• Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
