Job Description

The company creates high-tech video studios with unique software that has no analogs on the market. The studio replaces an entire video production team and has unlimited opportunities for creating vibrant and engaging content, conducting presentations, video training sessions, and online conferences.

The Company is strengthening its presence in the countries of North Africa and the Middle East (MENA) by expanding its sales department. We have 1 vacancy for business development and sales manager.

Tasks:

• Searching for clients in each country in the region
• Approaching decision-makers at companies, universities, corporate academies, and online schools through cold calling, business correspondence, and personal meetings
• Conducting online and offline presentations, demonstrating capabilities of our studios.
• Preparing commercial proposals in Arabic and English
• Negotiating with dealers and clients: handling objections, agreeing on terms and signing contracts, processing payments for the first and subsequent deliveries
• Ongoing support for Dealers

What we expect from the candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in product sales and business development
• Native Arabic speaker, Advanced English speaker
• Proactivity, results-oriented, articulate speech, positive emotional charge
• Interest in work, desire to develop in sales, and striving for a high income
• Willingness to travel for regional conferences and industry events

Conditions:

• Monthly salary of AED 10,000 + KPI + bonuses and commissions from sales and business development
• Work schedule 5/2, UAE time zone
• Hybrid work format: 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remotely, with the office located in Business Bay Area, Dubai
• Business trips to regional events in the UAE and other MENA countries funded by the company
