Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Procurement Specialist with strong logistics knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, procurement, and FMCG sales, along with expertise in logistics and supply chain management. A valid UAE driving license and proficiency in English and Hindi are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.

Procurement & Logistics Management:

Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Manage logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory control and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.

Monitor and optimize supply chain KPIs, including delivery lead time, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.

Technical & Reporting Skills:

Utilize Zoho Books for financial tracking and procurement reporting.

Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, analysis, and presentations.

Prepare detailed procurement and sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Education: MBA in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in business development, procurement, and FMCG sales.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics management.

Experience with Zoho Books for financial and procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
