Job Title: Business Development and Operations Manager

(Must Have Own Visa & Bilingual: English/Arabic)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
