Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic professional with early experience and commitment to learn and thrive as business leader in the electrical field and proven leadership skills to oversee our business development and day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in driving growth, managing the operations team, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Prepare and present reports on business development and operational performance to senior management.
• Knowledge on electrical installation and maintenance and ADDC regulations.
• On job early experience in Electrical LV projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the electrical field, with a strong understanding of Electrical LV and HV installations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the Electrical LV and EV charging and renewable energy sector.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the electrical industry (ADDC, AADC, DEWA)
• Prior experience in a business development role with a track record of securing new business.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with electrical design software and tools.
• Fluent reading and speaking in English, Hindi and Arabic.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
