Job Title: Business Development and Admin Assistant
Reports to: Sales Manager/General Manager
Salary:
- Range is 2,000 AED - 3,000 AED plus commission
- Salary is highly dependent on your sales and admin experience and your communication skills.

Job Summary:
The Business Development and Admin Assistant supports the company's growth by assisting in;
1. Identifying sales opportunities
2. Organization and planning
3. Managing client relationships and expectations
4. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
5. Accompanying the team on visits to medical centers and clinics as required
5. Liaising with the managers and colleagues to provide work updates
6. Manage daily accounting
This role combines business development and sales with admin responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends
2. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales/marketing material for business development
3. Visits alongside the team to clinics in order to support and close sales as required
4. Maintain a database of leads and prospects, track follow ups, plan diary and schedule meetings for the Sales manager and team
5. Support the development of strategic planning, events planning and back office management in order to achieve sales and growth
6. Act as a point of client inquiries and ensure timely communication
7. Liaise with the Business Marketing Manager to make sure our marketing is always up to date and productive
8. Prepare and process documents, reports and correspondence as needed including monthly reporting on performance, sales and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in business, administration or marketing would be great but not essential
- Certifications in project management, business development or admin duties is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of UAE experience in business development/sales, administration or a similar role
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft office such as Powerpoint/Excel and general IT would be great
Skills:
1. Strong sales, customer facing/engaging and growth focussed atittude
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and the 'go getter' attitude
4. Proficiency in preparing reports and other documents as required
5. Social media marketing skills would be an advantage
6. Own car and driving license is a big plus
Requirements:
- A female candidate would be preferred for this role
- Professional, physically fit and presentable
- Ability to plan, prioritize and implement
- Comfortable working in clinical environments, including operating rooms and patient areas
-Comfortable in presenting to professional clients and winning business for the organization
- Excellent grip on English language is an absolute must. The candidate would preferably speak Arabic or be from an Arabic descent
