Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and institutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the pharmacy market.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• UAE Experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
