About the Role:
Alondra, a dynamic member of the Jovera Group family, is seeking a passionate and strategic Business Developer to lead our charge into securing business opportunities with government agencies in Abu Dhabi. We're looking for someone who deeply understands the media and production needs of the public sector, excels at forging meaningful relationships with government institutions, and possesses the negotiation prowess to seal impactful deals. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies and departments in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the government sector.
• Develop and present tailored proposals for media production projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Monitor and stay updated on government tenders and procurement processes.
• Work closely with the internal production team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth within the government sector.

Requirements:

• 4\+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the media production or government sectors.
• Strong knowledge of government processes and tendering systems in the UAE.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with government clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
