Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer (B2B) to join our team.
Who will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the B2B market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, be highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
Identify target industries and key decision-makers in prospective companies.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the B2B landscape relevant to our products and services.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Utilize various channels (e.g., networking events, social media, industry forums, referrals) to generate quality leads.
Engage with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to introduce our offerings.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales.
Provide feedback to improve sales processes, marketing strategies, and product offerings based on market insights.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, real estate, or property management.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, with advanced business writing and verbal proficiency.
Strong ability to present, convey, and sell the value of products and services.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple investor portfolios and projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, politeness, and tact in all interactions.
