We are a health club in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, committed to promoting wellness, fitness, and a balanced lifestyle. As part of our expansion and growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnerships across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and promotional materials.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of 3 in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within the UAE market.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai and Health and Wellness Market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
