Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify new market opportunities, both locally and internationally, and assess demand for various diving services and products.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry developments to identify areas for improvement or growth.
• Business Development & Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
• Network with local and international tourism agencies, hotels, resorts, and other stakeholders to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns and initiatives that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Partnerships & Networking:
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to organize joint promotions, events, and co-branded activities.
• Represent Nemo Diving Center at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion:
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing strategies tailored to the diving and tourism sectors.
• Promote Nemo Diving Center through digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and online advertisements.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Enhance the brand image and reputation of Nemo Diving Center in local and international markets.
• Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against targets to ensure business objectives are met.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet financial and operational goals.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Foster long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Manage and respond to inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• Reporting & Strategic Planning:
• Provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales targets and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present business development reports, market analysis, and sales forecasts to senior management.
• Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning and help shape the direction of the business.
