Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, strategic, and organized individual who thrives in a results-driven environment. You will be responsible for building key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growth by tapping into high-potential markets and establishing the company as a leading provider of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, serving as the primary point of contact for new business leads.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential industries and organizations in need of CRM, ERP, AI, and decentralized solutions. Develop targeted market entry strategies.
• Lead Generation & Business Acquisition: Actively source and engage new leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with the company's growth goals.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
• Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with the technical and product teams to customize and offer the right solutions to meet client needs and stand out in the competitive market.
• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management, providing insights to improve business development strategies.
• Pitch Deck & Presentation Development: Develop compelling pitch decks and presentations in Canva or google slides that effectively communicate value proposition and solutions.
• Marketing & Social Media Management: Leverage digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to promote services, engage potential clients, and generate leads.
• Graphics & Visuals: Work with or create high-quality marketing materials, including graphics and visuals, to support sales efforts.
• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management, providing insights to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the software, SaaS, or IT sector.
• Strong experience in creating and delivering pitch decks and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of CRM, ERP systems, and AI or blockchain technologies is preferred.
• Social Media Management: Experience with managing social media accounts and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation.
• Marketing Skills: Ability to craft marketing campaigns, manage outreach, and build brand awareness.
• Graphics & Design Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating professional marketing materials.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your messaging for various audiences.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to close deals .
• Tech-savvy and able to understand the technical aspects of software solutions to effectively pitch to prospects.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
