Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Setup Consultant to provide expert guidance and advice to entrepreneurs and businesses in the process of setting up new ventures. The consultant will assist clients in understanding the legal, financial, and operational requirements to launch their business successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business laws, market trends, and best practices for new business formations.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation Services:

Provide advisory services to clients seeking to establish new businesses, including identifying the most suitable business structures (LLC, partnership, sole proprietorship, etc.), obtaining necessary licenses and permits, and developing business plans.

Legal Compliance:

Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation and filings comply with local, regional, and national regulations.

Business Strategy & Planning:

Assist clients in formulating effective business strategies, financial models, and operational plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to help clients understand industry trends, target audiences, competitors, and potential challenges to entering the market.

Financial Guidance:

Provide guidance on financial planning, including budgeting, securing capital, and developing pricing strategies.

Networking & Resources:

Leverage your professional network to connect clients with potential partners, investors, and service providers.

Post-Setup Support:

Offer ongoing support in troubleshooting business challenges, compliance monitoring, and scaling strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent higher qualification is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting, management, or entrepreneurship, preferably in the startup or SME sector.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of business laws, market dynamics, business registration procedures, and industry-specific requirements.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
