Business Consultant Officer - Company Setup & Documents Clearing

TOP Conveyancing is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized professional to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Documents Copying Services, Typing & Photocopying Services, Maps & Drawings Copying Services, Documents Clearing Services, Document Verification Follow- up Services.

Regulatory Background

Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsible for on-going company law, compliance, company amendments and dissolution.

Manage client's inquiries and the tasks assigned effectively in line with the Company policies and procedures.

Maintain a very high level of confidentiality at all times with respect to our Clients and Company documentation, files, data, officers, staff, procedures, policies, and know-how.

Consulting and Customers Handling

Providing ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the business setup process.

Manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal of the clients.

Business Licenses Setup

Responsible for business set-ups / incorporation in UAE (onshore, offshore, and free zone).

Ensure that most suitable and cost-effective options are offered to our Clients, in line with their requirements and Company policies/procedures where a technical competency is demonstrated to the Clients in comparing different jurisdictions and company structures.

Follow-up and coordinate post setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial auditing, monthly services, immigration and visa (tourist, visit, employment, residence) related services, office administration services, document clearing and attestation services.

Visa Processing Services

Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for visa processing - renewals, cancellation.

POA

Comprehensive assistance for the preparation of personal and business powers of attorney in Dubai, UAE. Drafting and translation of your POA to Arabic and English.

Assistance with the in - person/online notarization.

Other Services

Regulatory approvals and NOC letters, notarisation of Legal Documents, Company Secretarial Services, Payroll & WPS, Health insurance processing, Registration of trade name, Official documents translation to Arabic, Attestation of documents from the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Chamber of Commerce.

Requirements:

Certification/Experience: only candidates with minimum 1 Year experience in Dubai will be considered.

Perfect Fluent English.
