Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in setting up businesses, including company registration, licensing, and regulatory approvals. Advise clients on the best business structures (LLC, Free Zone, Offshore, etc.) based on their needs. Handle documentation, legal formalities, and liaison with government authorities. Guide clients on tax registration, VAT compliance, and banking procedures. Research and analyze market trends, industry regulations, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Stay updated on local laws, business policies, and corporate regulations. Provide ongoing business advisory services post-company formation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,or a related field. Proven experience in business setup consultancy, company formation, or corporate services. Strong knowledge of legal, tax, and regulatory requirements for company formation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients. Fluency in [specify language(s)] is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore company formations. Prior experience in business development or sales industry.
