Responsibilities :
• Call and follow up on assigned leads to convert them into clients.
• Assist clients throughout the company formation application process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documents.
• Provide basic accounting support and address initial queries related to company finances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications :
• 0-2 years of experience in consultancy or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
