We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team and support our clients in navigating the complexities of company formation in the UAE. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, personalized advice, and tailored solutions to clients seeking to establish new businesses or expand their operations in the region. You will work closely with clients from various industries, understanding their unique requirements, and helping them achieve their business objectives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their business needs, objectives, and market entry strategies.
• Provide expert advice on company formation options, business structures, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable business setup solution based on their objectives, industry, and target market.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, financial projections, and market entry strategies tailored to clients' specific requirements.
• Coordinate the company formation process, including obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Liaise with government agencies, banks, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients to facilitate the company setup process.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the company formation process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Keep abreast of changes in UAE laws, regulations, and market trends related to company formation and incorporate relevant updates into client strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business consultancy, corporate services, or related fields, with a focus on company formation in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of UAE business laws, regulatory requirements, and licensing procedures related to company formation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings as needed.

Workplace Location - Media City, Dubai

Timings - 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM from Monday to Friday
