Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment: This role is based in our Dubai office. The position may require occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
