Job Summary:

The Business Setup Consultant is responsible for advising clients on company formation, licensing, legal structures, and compliance with UAE regulations. They will manage the entire setup process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) based on their needs. Company Formation: Handle the end-to-end business registration process, including obtaining trade licenses, approvals, and registrations. Legal & Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with UAE laws, including labor laws, visa requirements, and corporate regulations. Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with government entities such as DED, free zone authorities, and other regulatory bodies. Visa & Immigration Assistance: Support clients in obtaining investor and employee visas, Emirates ID, and other necessary permits. Banking & Financial Assistance: Help clients open corporate bank accounts and understand taxation policies (VAT, corporate tax, etc.). Market Research & Business Advisory: Provide insights on market trends, competition, and industry-specific regulations. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business collaboration. Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets by acquiring new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business consultancy, corporate services, or sales in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, free zones, and company formation procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Sales-driven with a customer-oriented approach.
