Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk operations.
  • Organise business meetings and schedule and attend when necessary and take minutes
  • Answer and address market calls and supplier calls.
  • Support continuity among work teams in documents,printing,records maintenance and track progress or dead lines.
  • Assist in data entry work in Finance/Purchase/Sales when required
  • Participate in Social media events,Out door campaigns,Exhibitions and Promotions
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements: Lady candidate and very presentable to represent the brand English communications skills verbal and written should be good Knowledge of additional arabic language a plus Benefits: 2 yrs once air ticket annual leave salary Visa and Med Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
