As the Business Central IT Specialist you will play a pivotal role in optimising business processes, implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central and empowering employees through training and support

• Analyse current "as is" business processes (including industrial supply, production, and logistics) to identify areas for optimisation and develop detailed solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Manage the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Leading the project team and working with the vendor to track progress and ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation that aligns with business objectives

• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilise the new systems

• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments (supply chain, production, logistics, finance) to ensure a smooth integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central

Exciting opportunity to lead an ERP migration for a company in Ras Al-Khaimah|Must have experience managing migration of Navision to D365 Business Central

• A bachelor degree in IT, Business Informatics or other relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting, alongside exposure to some coding and programming

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong preference for experience in Navision & Dynamics 365 Business Central. Including the ability to identify and deliver modifications to meet business requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of optimising business processes

• A solid understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and financial processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit

• Fluency in English; French is a plus
