Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Banking Officer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with business clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products, risk management, and market trends to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with business banking clients, understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions. Promote and cross-sell business banking products, including loans, trade finance, treasury services, deposits, and cash management solutions. Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit proposals for business clients in line with bank policies. Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring minimal risk exposure and compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to facilitate smooth service delivery. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights. Ensure exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Years of experience in business banking, corporate banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of business banking products and services. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment. Proficiency in banking regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
