Define, review, analyse, evaluate ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new products, new technologies and business models for the Customer business
Identify potential customers and lead the customer engagement through a business-focused approach
Involve in a high-degree of interaction with customer business leaders and relevant stakeholders to solve complex business problems
Involve various internal members - Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Client Managers in customer engagement
Engage with technology partners for business solutions roadmap
Continuously acquire knowledge on latest technologies, skills, certifications and experiences in line with business architecture model
Build credibility and rapport with Customer business and technology partner team
Establish long term relationship with customer as a trusted advisor
Cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Responsible for lead-generation, proposal reviews, follow-up, negotiation and closing deals along with Client Managers
Business Development of new category solutions or products, establishing sales funnel through Client Managers and drive the sales
Job RequirementsQualifications
Diploma/Graduate in Computer engineering preferably IT/Electronics and Communication
MBA/PG is preferred
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years\' experience preferably as Business Development role
Should have experience in Private/Public Cloud, Managed Service, Big Data, IoT and related technologies
Knowledge & Skills
With business acumen in preparing costing sheets, NPV, proposals, ROI calculations, OPEX models
Understanding of architecture frameworks, ITIL, ISO 9001, ROI, TCO, NPV, Hurdle rate
