BRM is currently seeking a Director or Senior Director based out of our Dubai office.The role of the Director/Senior Director within the Middle East and Turkey Business & Relationship Management (BRM) team is to:
Develop Fitch's Corporate and Infrastructure ratings portfolio within the Middle East and Turkey, with a specific focus on originating new business, retention management, and executing strategies to support long-term sustainable growth.
Represent Fitch Ratings as ambassador of the brand through various sponsored events, public engagements, and at C-suite level with a focus on service excellence.
Identify and cultivate up to mandate engagement any cross-business development opportunities for other sectors, notably Public Sector GRE's and other Fitch Group products, including 'Sustainable Fitch'.
The building out of Fitch's profile, market engagement, revenue and mandate development will be quantified by a broad range of metrics. The BRM department has a global presence including in Dubai. The role will be based within the Middle East and Turkey BRM Department.What We Offer:

We'll Count on You To:Reporting to the Senior Director covering Corporates and Global Infrastructure for the Middle East and Turkey and working closely with our colleagues across the EMEA BRM team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the most influential CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Managers, Bankers, Advisors and Legal Counsels within the Middle East and Turkey focused on the corporate and infrastructure sector.The main objectives are to identify new business opportunities to expand the use of Fitch's credit rating services and originate new rating mandates; coordinate virtual and in-person events with market participants including webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, and roundtables; coordinating outreach with BRM seniors; working with Analytical staff, Investor Development teams and Marketing; and supporting new and ongoing Fitch initiatives across new asset classes.
Create a coordinated outreach plan in partnership with EMEA BRM seniors and internal stakeholders, to secure new business and retain existing relationships.
Deepen Fitch's access at the C-suite level showcasing the brand and developing a broad network of senior relationships with market participants.
Build coherent and centralized data reporting standards for supporting financial optimization and internal operational efficiency.
What You Need to Have:
At least 10 years of financial services/investment banking experience in international fixed income capital markets.
Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal & written in English.
Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) and report generation and Excel downloads.
Ability to work independently within a strategic framework, with supervision and guidance from senior team members.

Arabic and Turkish language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of the GCC/Turkey business environment.
