We are seeking a talented Business Analytics & Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations and driving strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

As the Business Analytics & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, streamlining operations, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights : Collect, analyze, and interpret business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Operational Strategy : Develop and implement operational processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
• Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Collaboration : Partner with product, design, and development teams to ensure operational alignment with project objectives.
• Budget Management : Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for projects and operations.
• Market Research : Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic planning and product positioning.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, operations management, or a similar role within the tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
